Every MindRoots title is a digital ebook delivered as a PDF and an EPUB file. There is no physical product and no shipping — here is exactly when and how you receive your files after paying with PayPal.
1. You pay with PayPal
Checkout is handled by PayPal. You can pay with a PayPal balance, a linked bank account or a credit/debit card. MindRoots never sees or stores your card details.
2. Download links appear instantly
As soon as PayPal confirms the payment (normally within seconds) you are returned to a confirmation page with your PDF and EPUB download links ready to click. Nothing is shipped — these are digital files only.
3. A backup email arrives within 5 minutes
We also email the same download links to the address on your PayPal account, so you can re-download later from any device. If it isn't in your inbox, check spam and promotions folders.
4. Read on any device
PDF works on any computer, phone or tablet. EPUB works with Apple Books, Google Play Books, Kobo and most e-readers. Download links stay valid for 30 days and allow up to 5 downloads.
Didn't get your download?
- Check the spam, promotions and updates folders for the email address linked to your PayPal account.
- Payments funded by e-cheque can take a few days to clear; links are sent the moment PayPal marks the payment as completed.
- Still nothing after 30 minutes? Open a ticket with your PayPal transaction ID and we will resend your files, usually within one business day.
